Project Controls Technician

Calibre Projects is a results-focused provider of Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) services to the mining, minerals processing and energy industries.

We are seeking an outstanding and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Project Controls Technician.  This Perth based position reporting directly to the Lead Project Controls Engineer will provide administrative and reporting support to the Project Controls team working for this major project.

The role involves:
  • Collecting, maintaining and updating system data.
  • Assisting in the preparation of project reports.
  • Processing invoices and accounts payable documentation.
  • Running routine system reports.
  • Administrative duties as required.
To be successful in this role the applicant would possess:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience with design or construction projects in a similar role.

  • An intermediate proficiency in spreadsheet and database software (in particular Access and Excel) is required plus the ability to work within clearly defined procedures to prepare accurate and timely deliverables.

  • You will also have strong communication skills, an eye for detail and possess good time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
